The Apples used for our candy apples are entirely hand picked in our Family orchard, cleaned, dipped, wrapped in cellophane and sealed. Fresh Allin’s apples are the key to success! We harvest crisp-tart apples of medium size and blemish free daily during apple season and cook in small batches to ensure the freshest and highest quality product always.
